Frequently asked questions
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my shop?
Since 28 June 2025 it applies to most online shops that sell to consumers in the EU; in Germany it is implemented by the BFSG. Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and no more than €2 million annual turnover) are exempt. That is the rule as we understand it – please check with your lawyer. Our audit is technical, not legal advice.

How much does a security check cost?
You get a fixed price for the agreed scope in advance. Ongoing monitoring is included in the Business and Pro care plans.
